Bronfay Farm War Cemetery

Bronfay Farm Cemetery was sited near to a large dressing station and in an area that changed hands twice in 1918 so the soldiers are a mixture of battlefield dead and died from wounds.

There are only two Essex regiment soldiers buried in this cemetery.

Lance Corporal W P Flack of the 13th Essex

Private Francis William Edgar of 11th Essex

Both died in 1916

Photographs of some of the headstones listed above are available free of charge although a small donation to Help for heroes charity would be appreciated.
