3rd Essex Volunteer Battalion Dinner 1902
On 18 October 1902 a dinner was held
by the 3rd Essex Volunteer Battalion for members who had
returned from active service in the Boer War.
3rd Essex VB had provided 24 men to
the City Imperial Volunteers and 94 men to the Volunteer Active
Service Companies of the Essex Regiment.
