Trained Nurses posted to VAD Hospitals 1917/18
At the start of the war there were concerns at the ability of VAD nurses to provide enough expert care and so a sytem began where trained nurses were posted to serve in the VAD hospitals ensuring that all VAD hospitals had at least one trained nurse.
